WHY US

We were absentee owners for many years and understand how it feels to be far away for periods of time.  Given our fluctuations in beach weather, we don’t always know when bad weather or even a tornado will surprise us.  We’ve bought and sold many homes in our lifetime so we recognize the value of your personal property.  It is uncomfortable to have to give complete strangers unsupervised access to your house for scheduled maintenance, a repair quote, or a home project.  Unless you change your door or garage codes regularly, that information is out there now.  We have developed relationships with local vendors and contractors so should an issue arise, we can assist with finding reputable folks to help get the job done.
